Audience: The prime audience of these documents are (college) students (or anyone who wants to volunteer) with the motivation to educate elementary schoolers about dental hygiene. These documents can also be given to parents and teachers of elementary schoolers to continue dental education at home/school.

Context: Oral diseases, such as dental caries, plague the daily American citizen. However, these diseases are easily preventable through the education of good oral habits. By first introducing good habits to elementary schoolers, we will establish healthy dental hygiene for the rest of their lives.

Purpose: To inform students/educators about the most effective methods to introduce brushing, flossing, and healthy eating habits. To organize lesson plans that will help out the most.

This is for your group, right? Then, I would suggest that the instructions genre is part of some workplace documentation. You can stay focused on the school work, which will require the use of a timeline, too, right?

Students cannot just show up, as they need to be trained as well as cleared by county security.

You might also talk about general ethical conduct with volunteering, especially with use of social media.
