Context: Oral diseases, such as dental caries, plague the daily American citizen. However, these diseases are easily preventable through the education of good oral habits. By first introducing good habits to elementary schoolers, we will establish healthy dental hygiene for the rest of their lives.
Purpose: To inform students/educators about the most effective methods to introduce brushing, flossing, and healthy eating habits. To organize lesson plans that will help out the most.
