FINAL PROJECT PROPOSAL: Magnus Opus and Exigence > The Characterization of Persistent Firing in Neurogliaform Cells

Audience: This documented will be presented to other members of the lab to contribute to a working draft for publication. The target audience also includes the larger neuroscience research community especially those interested in the development of the brain.

Context: This paper is an internal working document providing a small literature review of research about the phenomenon of persistent firing and a cursory summary of the methods used to investigate persistent firing in the lab.

Purpose: This paper will contribute to the wider knowledge about persistent firing. Further research into this phenomenon will hopefully reveal the mechanism by which persistent firing functions and its physiological significance in the local circuitry and hippocampal activity.

K, look to your lab for some guidance, including reading their papers. Then, you can use them as models.

Will you write all of this, IMRAD, or just sections? Let me know.
