I like this topic a lot, particularly because it is very relatable! Are you going to focus on particular instances or discuss just the general gap? It would be interesting to see any recommendations that people have to fix this issue.

This is a really interesting topic! I see a few people have already mentioned this but it could be interesting to see any suggestions to resolving the gap. It could also be interesting to discuss the different factors that can affect this gap, like race, age, religion, etc.
