FINAL PROJECT PROPOSAL: Magnus Opus and Exigence > Guide to organizing Maryland Masti's competition
I would use curated links, primarily. BUT, a really good additional document would be a two-three page summary of the arts and styles of dance that in this competition. That portion can use APA citation.
Other sources: campus links/numbers, insurance company, and software that you use, and platforms like Doodle Polls, etc.

This seems really helpful as it can be passed down to the organization for years to come. Maybe you could use past Masti directors as sources as well? Not sure about that though.

Audience: Incoming Maryland Masti Executive Board members or anyone who is interested in learning more about the planning process of a large competition
Context: For the Maryland Masti organization, there has been limited documentation in the past years of what the new directors should expect or what board members will expect to see during the weekend of the competition. This annual intercollegiate competition will benefit from the use of this manual, as it will document all of the information from the competition coming up in February.
Purpose: The manual will provide a new Maryland Masti member the opportunity to learn more the timeline and logistics of the competition, as well as the time and effort put into hosting the performance.
DOCUMENT TYPE: Event Planning Manual
Design/format: Multiple documents (mostly tables) that include the timeline of the competition, the budget, the team information, and a summary of what to expect on the Executive Board.
Citation style: APA Format (unsure of what sources to use)
