Audience: The audience for my project will primarily be my research PI along with myself. The reason for this is that I would like to use this document for my own reference as well as provide it as a reference to my PI while I am writing my research paper on this topic.
Context: The context of this document will be hybrid proteins of staphylococcal superantigen-like proteins 3 and 4. These are immune evasion proteins implicated in Staphylococcus aureus infection which appear to have undergone a genetic recombination event which has not been documented extensively.
Purpose: This document will serve as a reference to both my PI and myself for the research paper that I am writing on SSL3 and SSL4 hybrids. I will be using this to draft my abstract, introduction, and parts of my discussion.
Document Type: The document will essentially serve as a more in-depth literature review than the one previously assigned.
Citation Style: The best citation for this document would be APA style due to its scientific nature.
