I caution that your ambitions might not fit the format nor the time of this semester to "create world peace" in this corner.
HOWEVER, you can "right-size" in a couple of ways. How about how to teach CS to non CS majors? That is really important and can scale this to an easier size.
What other ways can you scale back? Focusing on two or three languages? Like python for all?
What about next-gem CS education: what do futurologists say is needed next? I would put in a plea for ethics training and, wait for it, SOME HUMANITIES courses.
Let me know your strategy for this and who you audience will be, "for reals" You might need to write a manifesto or an underground guide....ask.

Audience: Computer Science Students, Professors, Teaching Assistants and anyone interested in learning computer science.
Context: The computer science field, in academic terms, is a relatively new field that is still finding the best way to teach. Currently, the field is taught in a traditional classroom setting, which has not proven to be the best for retention and implementation.
Purpose: This document will educate and offer solutions for the best way to teach computer science in higher education.
Document Type: The final result will be for workplace documentation for the Computer Science Department to give to all TA’s in hopes of helping them be the best at teaching. It should also be a free source for all professors to access to see what other professors are doing well and what needs to be improved. Additionally, it can be a resource for students that are interested in the field to see what to expect.
Citation Style: The citations will be APA for research papers in the field of education as well as natural language citations throughout to attest to the ethos of others involved.
