Middle: I will talk about timelines. I will detail the timeline for MCAT and application process separately, as they each how they’re own detailed requirements. I will provide personal suggestions for why I placed certain items on the timeline when I did. In another item I will talk about exercise, mental health, and productivity. I will establish with a research article why it is necessary to think about reengineering ones study habits, even habits that were used for previous high stress exams like the SAT/ACT.
End: I will restate my major points and suggest how this might be relevant to other things in their life as well.
Logos: I will use research articles to create a sense of urgency and necessity. Pathos: For pathos I will explain the rough time that I had and how I don’t want others to have a hard time.
Ethos: I will explain that I have already gone through the process and have received interviews from medical schools.
Structure: I will divide this into multiple components: describing the necessity of rethinking current study habits, the important of exercise in mental health, tips for the MCAT and application process, and various timelines.
Purpose: To help guide pre-med students through their MCAT and application process.
