Tell the reader of the many uses satellite imagery has and why it is gathered. Briefly describe the advanced technologies at work.
Middle:
Discuss basics of neural networks, convolutional neural networks, edge detection (and use for agriculture), and information on satellites.
End:
Reiterate usefulness and efficiency of this technology, and with this show the benefits to support the launching of satellites. Provide sources such as youtube videos for reader to find further information.
LOGOS:
Go into detail about how much data there is to parse such as a number on the thousands of images per day/hour/etc. Pictures could be very useful.
PATHOS:
Describe the usefulness of parsing satellite imagery for safety, health, economy, and more. Be sure to note that not only governments and businesses make use of the data, but civilians as well.
ETHOS:
Provide sources from researchers on how advancements are constantly being made to show efficiency of the technology. Reference big name companies that use this technology commercially as well as sources such as NASA.
Structure:
The paper will be written like an article, going into detail about each topic/technology.
Goal:
Provide in-depth overview of the gathering/parsing process of satellite imagery so that it is useful to those in related fields while also understandable to those with little background knowledge. Also to briefly mention the benefits of launching satellites and why such a thing should be supported.
