FINAL PROJECT:Structures and Arguments > A Comprehensive Guide to Being the Best Ferret Owner

Beginning: Hook audience with narrative about my friend's pet ferret Pacino, but also introduce the idea that taking care of a ferret is a lot of work and money and is not necessarily for everyone

Middle: Use information curated from various websites about how to take care of a ferret, may also include personal experience from my friend and what he has learned since adopting Pacino

End: Reiterate all of the qualities of a good ferret owner and a ferret's necessities, ask reader to seriously consider whether or not they would be a good owner

LOGOS: ferrets are considered exotic pets and require a lot of attention and care, present figures and data on how many bought/adopted ferrets are abandoned because owners were not able to provide adequate care

PATHOS: ferrets are really cute pets and can be incredibly fun to play with, but they are not for everyone, part of this document will focus on helping the reader decide whether or not they would be a suitable ferret owner

ETHOS: ask my friend about his personal experiences in addition to the advice from vets and ferret experts compiled from sources

STRUCTURE: Present pertinent information about ferret, followed by what to do with this info in order to take care of ferret. This will be repeated until all necessary info has been presented. Will also include a FAQ section, but not really sure where to put it in relation to actual guide.

GOAL: For prospective owners, this guide will provide information about ferrets so that they can make an informed decision about whether or not to get a ferret. For current/new owners, this guide will provide information about how to be an effective ferret owner.

V, glad that you will look at BC's guide. Be also award of Z's guide on pigs.

L, also. (I like that you have many colleagues who can help with this and will appreciate reading this guide. Also, is your friend, the real audience? I like that aspect, too. Documents CAN help people.)

Make sure you take on the zoonotic disease aspect. I think you have access to this article via the library.
